1. About Us

Foveo Group Ltd (company number 16509309) is a United Kingdom-based dealer in gold coins, registered at 10 Bury Court, Church Lane, Bedford, England, MK41 0HN. References to "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms refer to Foveo Group Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website at foveo-group.com and any purchase or enquiry made through us. By using our website or contacting us to purchase coins, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Enquiries and Orders

All coins listed on our website are offered subject to availability. Prices shown are indicative and may fluctuate in line with live gold spot prices. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation to you.

We reserve the right to decline any order or enquiry at our discretion, including where we are unable to verify a buyer's identity or where stock is no longer available.

Price guides displayed on our website are for reference only and do not constitute an offer to sell at those prices. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of sale.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of sale. We accept bank transfer (BACS/CHAPS) as our primary payment method. Coins will not be dispatched or transferred until cleared funds have been received in full.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe. In such cases, any price movement risk during the period between order confirmation and cancellation shall be borne by the buyer.

4. Delivery and Risk

All coins are dispatched via fully insured, tracked and signed-for courier services. Delivery timescales will be confirmed at the time of order. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery and receipt.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You must inspect goods promptly upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancy within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of precious metal markets, prices can move significantly in short periods. As such, all sales are final once a written order confirmation has been issued and accepted, except where goods are found to be materially different from their description.

If you believe a coin has been incorrectly described, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the matter and, where appropriate, arrange for return and replacement or refund at our discretion.

Consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply to contracts for goods whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader.

6. Tax and Capital Gains

UK legal tender gold coins (including Sovereigns and Britannias) are exempt from Capital Gains Tax (CGT) for UK residents under current HMRC rules. All gold investment coins are exempt from VAT under UK law.

Tax treatment depends on your individual circumstances and may be subject to change. We strongly recommend you seek independent financial or tax advice before making investment decisions. Nothing on our website constitutes financial advice.

7. Anti-Money Laundering

As a dealer in high-value goods, Foveo Group Ltd is subject to the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017. We are required to carry out customer due diligence checks on transactions above applicable thresholds.

By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to provide any identification or supporting documentation we reasonably request. We reserve the right to decline or suspend a transaction pending satisfactory completion of these checks.

8. Authenticity and Grading

All coins sold by Foveo Group Ltd are examined for authenticity prior to listing. Grading assessments are made in good faith using recognised numismatic standards; however, grading is inherently subjective and we do not guarantee that third-party grading services will assign the same grade.

Photographs and descriptions are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably practicable. Minor variations in appearance due to lighting or photography do not constitute a material misdescription.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant goods. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purposes of processing your enquiry or order, complying with our legal obligations, and communicating with you about your purchase.

We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please contact us at [email protected].

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
